Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Intuitive Touch Cleaning ("we", "us", "our") for cleaning services or by using this website, you ("client") agree to these terms.

Scope of Services

We provide commercial, short-term-rental (Airbnb), and residential cleaning services in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Specific scope, pricing, and frequency are agreed in writing on a per-engagement basis.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before a scheduled clean may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service. Same-day Airbnb turnover cancellations may be billed in full.

Payment

Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in a written services agreement. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

Insurance & Liability

Our crews are insured and bonded. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items improperly secured prior to a scheduled clean. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of service.

Referral Credits

Referral credits are applied after the referred client completes their first paid booking and signs up for recurring service. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to active clients in writing.
